good lad concrete, this is exactly why I left my job and am on gardening leave the now, I needed to get back to creativity and get some different influences as I felt I can only go so far in this current company, also my boss is a full on whacked out weirdo.
Change is good concrete and also getting in amongst new creative people is great it really gets your blood pumping.
