I have tried to be optimistic but have sadly come to the realization that the great democratic experiment that was the US of A is done, over, stick a fork in it,,,Not sure what it is now - a mercantilist empire? An amorphous corporate autocracy? Who the fuck knows...but it's on the beginning of that slow slide into the dustbin of history. I hope someone is out there to pick up the flags of the Enlightenment and Democracy and carry on with it somewhere else...
