    Well, it shook like hell. We were inside our hostel room (came back from the main square after supper). It started shaking at 6:41om and then every light went out (in Peru its winter, so right now, its dark at 6pm), so we were getting thrown around in pitch black. Then I grabbed my GF who just kept on screaming and I brought her under the doorway with me. We waited till everything stopped shaking (2 minutes), and then started runing for the exit. Then, when we got out, it was chaos... Dust, rubbles, wounded and dead people getting carried by familys and stuff...

    We slept in a farmer's field with some czech tourists we met and the next day we walked till we could find a bus to go back to Lima.

    We were at the Machu Picchu 3 days after...
