It won't let me install OS X onto it...
I've got a .DMG which I've restored onto my iPod. I can use the iPod as a startup disk, but when I do that it says I can't install onto the external drive.
It'll let me install onto any of the partitions my internal disk but I don't want to do that because it's a different version of OS X ;)
Hence needing to boot from the iPod and installing on an external drive 'cause I don't wanna mess up anything on the internal drive.
