he is wrong for not paying you
but most people follow their rule of 60-90 days but thats usually in the contract.
if it was not in ther contarct its usually 60-90 days still.
if Hydro has sent your design and called it his own to client which anyone will do in sub contract relationship, and uses it with out paying you, now thats ground for law suit. you can sue him and the client.
BUT having said, that i think Hewmiri told us the inside story so no one else has to deal with that. at least put it in contract next time.
