... probably not a good idea to be specific about who you're having professional issues with...

Get an attorney if you're having issues... at least that's the advice I'd give if you were ASKING GENERIC ADVICE...
... instead you seem to think you're doing a public service by calling someone out on a forum because you're pissed you're not getting paid.
I've had issues w/fellow NT'ers (more than once) regarding business/money - I may even complain here on NT about 'clients not paying'... but calling out those NT'ers on business related issues could actually come back to haunt you legally...
... so... i dunno... sorry you're having issues w/'a client'... but uh... yeah - I've said enough.
