The only thing is, did you not bother to check the event times on a web site or anywhere else other than your ticket?

(May 3 07, 09:29)Well I fillowed the link from the venue site, which took me to ticketmasters site listing show dates/times/venue which said "10:30". I purchased the tickets and you know how you get the "Print this for your records.." page..and THAT said 10:30. The email confirmation I got sent after purchasing the tickets says 10:30. SO I mean, is it my responsibility to assume that Ticketmaster doesn't do it's own due dilligence in this sale procedure? They're the vendor entrusted to promote and sell this show.
I just spoke with my CC company to dispute the charges..I'm thinking of calling the local TV station or suing them in small claims court. I'm positive no one from Ticketmaster would show up and I'd probably get a default judgement...
And writing to Hank is a great idea!!
