again again again....
PC users will suffer and so will development if they IE changes standards (they love to make up their own). When it comes as part of the OS it means only people who update their OS for 199.oo bucks will have the latest and greatest browser.
Shit I know people still using windows 95 and especially 98- this seems more of a problem and headache for window users than it does for mac users... Safari is free and open source and a teriffic browser still in BETA form... give it a few years and Safari will be rockin.
