you can go to flashkit there are lots of resources there. but, you will still have to learn flash to be able to use them correctly.
sounds like a sticky situation. you shouldnt have volunteered yourself to learn flash in a day. it took me much more than a day to learn. good luck.
frankly.. i think your company will have to pay for someome to make them a site that waks like that or they'll have to wait a few months while you learn how to do it yourself.
