I like the mushy green colour for the highlight.
I suppose it depends what feel you're going for. At the moment it looks professional and trustworthy but it also looks like a lot of other cards I've seen. I'm not sure adding a foil is really going to add that much expect for added cost.
sometimes looking to print processes isn't the way to raise a piece of design. Although if I were going down that route I'd save money on inks and do a nice diecut.
