well, once the wind gets past a certain speed in London, the difference in pressure between the high velocity air movement outside, and the dead suffocating tube air causes a vacuum effect and soon all of the people and all of the trains are torn out of the stations and thrown across london in a grinding, bloody, terrifying apocalypse.
