    hahaah. funny.

I am from Boston where it is our God Given Right to jaywalk anytime we like. The police here don't feel it really their job to harass peeps when they are crossing a street. However, when I lived in Seattle, my gf and I came out of a convenience store at 1am, and someone came up to us trying to sell us heroin. Well, we said no politely and tried crossing the street. About halfway across, we started noticing that we were being yelled at by a cop. So, we were about talk to him about the problem we just had, and he said he didnt care. The man trying to sell us heroin is a different story for another time, and that what we just did (jaywalking) was a terrible offense against society, and that we were going to be issued tickets and a court date! WTF? Cant these cops get their priorities straight?

The dude in the above mentioned story was just trying to cross the street in Atlanta. Aren't violent crimes on the rise in this country? Why were there 5 or 7 cops there arresting him for jaywalking? WTF?????????? Get a life!
