from the pt meteorological service:
new minumum temp records established for Oct/Nov 2007 (+5/10 Cº above average). Europe has not had such temp for Oct/Nov since:
the Alps = 700 a.d
England = 1659
Holland = 1706
Denmark = 1768
Portugal = 1931
