    Also ... Jessica got killed by a fat old man ... how exactly does that make her a killing machine? She was like 12 or something.

    Haha, she was a little girl! Of course her father could've killed her and it was probably horrible. There are ideas of repression and possession here, and this just further clouds what Niki's "powers" really are. Is there some sort of astro-projection going on here? Did Jessica possess Niki? Were her powers always there because they're twins/sisters or did they develop or come out once Jessica was murdered?
