When we walked from the property to the common and the youngs pub next to the waterfront - I was in 100 percent... Then I had the brainwave - lets walk to Streatham Station and see how long it takes to walk back to the property...
By the fuck I am glad I did!!
I cant tell you how unsafe I felt.
Never felt that in LONDON before...
I was wondering that if we used Streatham Common station and walked up greyhound lane to the common that might be better...
We have looked at property in Wimbledon, Colliers Wood, Tooting, Earlsfield... you get the idea - we cant afford it 250 buys you a box
Streatham is affordable but personally looks rough as fuck and not only would I be concerned for my saftey but the wifes aswell
I dont think I could cope with double pressure!!!
Come on boys - help me decide...
