wouldnt bush pulling out of saudi arabia, being that is where mecca and medina are and the exact beef al qaeda had, constitute "emboldening terrorists"?
Thing is there is a ton of blame to go around. But blaming past presidents is futile.
Economic interests worldwide dictate these policies, it used to be tea and spices, now it is oil and natural gas. The fact that we have the president that is most closely aligned with these interests out of all of them is what has brought it to such a fever pitch today.
