i do love honest people. i don't like complimenting for the bloody sake of it. be straightforward and honest about your opinion and critique; it is much more of a compliment to the one being reviewed, instead of being treated like a little kid making his first drawing, which would be, imho, an offense to everyone here. Being honest is a sign of respecting someone and taking him seriously.
