poor you i bet there's absolutely NO motivation to do the work as they paid so long ago!
be very clear to them that the quote is out of date, tell them exactly how many days' work they can have (and have already had) and specify that it has to be a certain amount of work at a time, you don't want their shit dribbling on forever now do you? well don't say that. e.g. if it's 3 days work, they can have no less than 1 day at a time. explain you have other clients and chopping and changing disprupts your workflow.
