    InCopy? no need. If you're familiar with InDesign, then it's just a matter of placing the word doc into a text box and typesetting the copy. If you aren't that familiar with InDesign, then i reccomend taking a quick course on it as it is a strong professional pragram for layout (and by god, WORD is NOT a layout program, nor should it be used as one...) There are pro's and con's to both InDesign and Quark (the program that InDesign is attempting to slay) but my main reccomendation is to learn InDesign.
