  seeing as you're going to have to lay it out anyway, let the writers do what the writers do in word. No need to get another program for it. Just tell them their days as designers are over and their days as proofers, reproofers, and re-reproofers are here to stay.

  They were probably used to doing changes for themselves... but now you're their bitch for that stuff ;)
