i would try both...create a different path for one pager and another for full flavoured. shop it around and see what you get as responses.
you may suprise yourself and create a new direction for your work.
i love multi pagers for the interactivity, i like to know the designer behind the site has thought of the user..
i also love one pagers, but one pagers with full flavoured interactivity is even better!!!!
just my thoughts.
