Can't speak of Fort Hill (where is it?), but I spent almost 10 years in JP....ON GREEN STREET! I am very familiar with that area. Its not bad at all. As a matter of fact, I believe there is a music studio down there, and right across from that Spanish Market, there are some artist lofts. Really great area.
The prices here must be a freak show to you. Actually, the price of everything.
