Nu-uh. Let's say I've got a red square with a blue line around it, and I want to make another square to be blue with a red border, If I use the eyedropper on the first square, I would still get a red square with blue lines :(
Or if I have a gradient and I want to pick a single color from it to use as fill color in another object; I would get the whole gradient.
