In the book there is definitely a bias, nbut they do make some very serious critiques about the psychology and methodology of corporations - especially in passing the costs of their operation off onto the public, who pick up the burden and the risk..and that only seems to have gotten worse.
Interesting that we're starting top see business push for some kind of national healthcare legislation NOW, that they're overwhelmed by health care costs while for the last decades they fought tooth and nail against socialized healthcare. as soon as the burden becomes too much they push it off onto the public sector..
