i had considered doing a suitcase already but i thought the sun screen bottle was better. reasons being;
people associate sunscreen with safety and protection, its familiar. to use this and portray it as something that is unsafe and offers no protection was a nice twist i thought.
integrating the copy 'low cost' and 'no frills' into the bottle ties up the conotations with the low cost operators and cheapo flights infering they offer no protection. this is implied further with the plane images in the background.
palm trees bring a sense of 'tropical', 'beach,' and 'summer'.
with regard to the bottle looking like shampoo - its modled on a leading sun lotion brand in the uk.
thanks for the comments - hit me with more please! im not really looking for more concepts, rather, more ideas on how i could develop the existing sun lotion concept.
