FF is better. The CSS you can do (with codes actually working) is just amazing. Try the same codes in IE, and it'll look crappy.
That's also what sucks though. I think most designers are making their sites more FF-friendly, but the world is still using IE, for the most part. Hopefully it'll change in the next few years.
