    Are you new to the office? Is he new to the office? Sometimes new people have a hard tim fitting in and they don't get the dynamic.

    I would perhaps talk about it with a co-work you are close to, because maybe you are over reacting and no one even notices this.

    I find that anytime people make fun they are just insecure (because if you are secure you have no need to even bother with others).

    I wish people could just get along.
