For the purpose of this piece of advice we're going to call the person that you have a problem with "Ricky." Now go seek out a female in the office, preferably one that is rather chatty and likes to gossip. Most offices have one of those and hopefully yours does as well. Ok, now when Ricky goes to lunch (or out for a smoke break or to buy more paperclips or whatever) you go over and strike up a conversation with the chatty, gossip lady. You'll probably have to wait until she's finished jabbering on about whatever piece of gossip she was spreading when you walked up. Be patient, laugh at her jokes, whatever you need to do to make her think you and her are all "buddy-buddy." When you see your chance tell chatty girl this:
"Ricky is an asshole"
