Just ask him what his deal is. How can he be cool when you aren't in a big group of people and then he feels the need to "show off" or "be on" by knocking you down when there are others around.
If he doesn't give you a good enough answer then I recommend making him have sex with his mother (and sister?....and maybe his Dad and dog?...I'm not 100% sure on that on though, might be a little "over the top") while you video tape it and an "associate" holds them at gun point. Then, tell him that if he or his family EVER mentions this that you will kill ALL of them. Then, ah, show it at the company holiday party. I'd start with the question though....ya, ah, definitely the question first....and then the forced family/orgy/rape 2nd.....ONLY as a last resort....well, a 2nd resort......I'm sure there are other "options" but I really can't think of anything else at the moment.
