Yeah, I got the PB about a year ago. I love it.
It's weird though...I work on a 17" large screen at work, with a G5 dual processor. I go home to a 12" PB, and oddly enough, I even use the trackpad most of the time. I USED TO HATE THE TRACKPAD! I even bought a wireless mouse, but I always find myself using the pad!
The PB runs fine though. The newer PB's are even better than the one I have, but I'd done A LOT of design with the PB and it's not a problem.
I have the PB on a wireless network, so whenever I need to print something it goes through my iMac to the printer. Hopefully I'll sell the iMac soon (hence this thread) and if I do I'll just plug into the printer when needed.
But as long as you don't mind waiting a little longer, a PB is perfectly fine to design on.
