    thing is tho, landlords rely on their tenants to be passive, which i think most are..(its the uk way, dont like to complain)..withhold rent, your within your rights...thatll get him moving...landlords should always give 48hours notice before entering a property too...and if he tries stitching you up when it comes to moving out...citizens advice again.

    make sure you take photos of every room etc before you leave, just in case he tries taking money from your deposit for non existent damage etc

    landlords...all bastards....never had a fair one...even the letting agencies ive used have tried it....annoying...

    you pay your landlord to provide a service, not to just allow you t o live in the home he owns...if youre not getting the service that you both agreed upon (stated in your tenancy) then i would definitely complain

    man if all my stuff got covered in dust like that i wouldnt take it so lightly....hes walking all over you my son!
