im sure you have a full tenancy agreement, so you can f*ck him up if you can be bothered with the hassle, went thru somthin similar with an old landlord ie him constantly breakin the rules stated in the agreement , then at the end deciding not to give the bond back....long, long story, but in the end i went to citizens adviec and they helped a great deal! fully sorted out the problem...landlords are all bastards the lot of them....they dont realise its a two way deal...citizens advice is your best bet tho for defintie...im sure you probably knwo this tho
