consider extra expenses, Taxes, power, software, and base yourself from that.
It also depends where you are, remember it is all about location location location... if you are in NY you cant charge 10 bucks per hour, if you are down south there is no way anyone is going to pay 100 bucks per hour...
Sooo.... good luck. oh and btw dont go too low or people will start to know you buy "the guy that guy that charges really cheap" instead of "go with that guy he is really good".
