    Either outsource the entire thing (maybe to a friend) or design it and have someone do the grunt work.

    The minute you say 'no' or 'you gotta wait' is the minute that potential client turns their back on you. If you turn someone away, they'll never come back, nor will they refer people to you.

    Never say no, just charge enough that you can make money to manage the project and pay someone else to to do the work.
