I had a neighbour call me over once and he had a guy (17YR) hog tied and hanging from his hills hoist
, spinning him around and every time he came aroung he'd cop a slap, very funny stuff. The kid was bawling.
This neighbour found some ID on the guy and it turns out he lived down the road with his parents. My neighbour sent him home and said he'd be around, and to make sure his parents knew what had happened.
When he got there the kid had been beaten severely by his dad and was in the corner crying. The parents made my neighbour a cup of coffee and couldn't stop thanking him...
