definitely have dinner at SushiBlues one night.
surfing on Poipou[sp?] is awesome.
kayaking on the rivers is awesome.
do the day long hike on the coast, the one that ends up at the 'most dangerous beach in the world' - it's an amazing hike.
pick up hitchhikers if you're driving, it's a fun way to meet some locals.
DO NOT SWIM anywhere you dont know if it's ok. There are significant numbers of sharks in certain areas, and some dangerous tides as well.
Take a helo ride.
