This is my third time getting an Ipod, now on the black one, and now happy, but your problem might be because you travel alot, on a plane, or xray machines going in and out of places. If it still has a warranty, move yours and take it to a store, they ll be helpful i m sure. best of luck

You serious? Cuz that is when mine locked up. The next morning at the airport. What do planes and x-rays gotta do with it?
