it really depends where you work.
corporate-forget it.
small design firm-probably not 25% but if you're good you could get in the ballpark
large design firm-forget it. unless you are really good and can talk the talk.
good luck regardless. if you are happy with your job i wouldn't stress about it. things will fall into place. that being said, make sure they don't walk all over you though.
confidence is key. overconfidence is the gum in the lock.
