yes, it's firm in the way it is in effect. what i meant with universal is that other countries who are part of larger institutions have the same law. it's not that special.
no, i have to agree that i got pretty angry about a lot of people i saw on the telly and the reasons they had to vote no. they were just completely off and had nothing to do with the constitution.
but also on the yes camp there were simple minded folks saying "well i think i am gonna vote yes cuz my dad does so too"..
i mean.. wtf?
