Is it abnormal to try and request a raise mid year, I got a slight raise at my annual meeting in the beginning of the year but were expanding a bit over the next couple months which was not anticipated when i had my review and there talking about bringing someone else one staff as well, i just want to make sure im taken care of since im horribly underpaid as it is luckily the job has awesome perks

I needed to get a replacement iphone so i was at the store they replaced it and while i was there they got a shipment of the 3gs in.
so i bought one, now i know the 3gs are making some $ online should i sell the 3g or just sell the newly replaced old one ?

I have a 50mm 1.4usm both canon lenses.

someone wants to buy my 50mm off me and i've rarely ever used it.

anyone know what the benefits the 50mm might have ? im trying to decide if i hold onto it incase i need it...

someone mentioned it maybe better for portraits. anyone using the same lenses ?
