Ive noticed that there are very few girl designers in this industry. When there are they seem to be very below standard.

We have one the agency I'm in and she, well sucks (and not in a good way ;)). Anyone not agree and can name any decent female designers?

I'm ripping (inspired) off the Rhythm of lines Audi website bit with the lines and wanting to put that into a clients site. Is it difficult?
