looking at the source, it appears to be a variable passed to a player. so looking at the swf file in the browser, no video plays. but in the html its fine, any way around this?

If it can't be done, that would be fine. I will just tell him it can't be done.

I took it to heart a recent post on this site where someone asked how to get to another level in salary... being stuck at a certain level etc etc.

Put my resume out there, a good recruiting firm has been scouting great positions for me.. one such resulted in an employment offer well above what I expected and what I make.

I believe one of the responders to the other post said something about if the relationship is not mutually beneficial to both parties then its time to make a move, and another may have said that they try to make a move every 2 years or so.

Since I do this for a living, I thought I'd apply it to a venture I'm in.

I put it together last night from a PSD > HTML. I don't think it will break anywhere including outlook 2007.

Crit my template, the message, etc.

Subject Line: It's about Time.

Also, disregard the date in the email, I'll change that when I actually launch it.

some one dropped me a line asking about a rehashing of their website.

I in turn gave them a good old fashioned QBN ass reaming and thus have yet to hear from them.

I suppose I could kiss the gig goodbye... could care less really... but whats proper etiquette for critiquing a site when someone who may pay you asks for one?
