I have created letterhead for a client that would like it worked into the background of a word document so they can just type on to it.

I seriously hate word and am going to punch my monitor in about 3 seconds. Does anyone have suggests for how to get this done.

I've tried the watermark but I can't position the damn thing properly because the text is set up in a column to the right and the letterhead has image content that is outside of that column.

Any help would be truly appreciated.

All the printer can tell me is that he needs it set up for a 60 line print.

Laying out Hebrew Text Oct 12, 10, 6:31 a.m.

I have been trying to lay out a document for one of my clients in Hebrew. They have sent me a word document with the copy and I can read that without issue.

When I copy and paste the text into Indesign it pastes written backwards (I can imagine why as the copy was written right to left probably).

Is there any way to have the copy flow properly when I paste it into Indesign? Layout out every character by hand is something I don't have the time to do for sure.

Exporting Quicktime from Flash Oct 1, 10, 7:56 a.m.

So, I've made a looping animated sequence with sound in flash and the client has requested the I make a quicktime file for them.

When I try to export the movie two things happen.

1. In Quicktime Export settings if I select Stop Exporting: When last frame is reached the export never completes

2. If I select After time elapsed then it does complete the export but when tested the movie just stops at the elapsed time instead of listening to the gotoAndPlay(1); command.

Any recommendation how I can export a quicktime movie that loops the same way as the swf I export?

So, I put together a pretty simple HTML email that works in everything except Hotmail in IE7 specifically.

It works in Hotmail when using any other browser, just not IE7.

It even work when viewing it with IE7 with other email clients or just as a web page.

I've added the link here but if any of you kind folks could give me any hits as to why the hell this is blowing up in only this one circumstance I'd truly appreciate it.

HTML Email and Horizontal Lines Jun 1, 10, 1:04 p.m.

I'm putting together an html email for a client. I'm running into a problem with my tests that I haven't seen before and I'm at my wits end for how to fix it.

In gmail I'm getting horizontal lines between all my rows. There is no cellpadding, cellspacing or borders. I've resorted to defining all the height of the cells with images and nothing helps.

Any suggestions?

I'm having a weird situation where is not displaying as bold when I test my page in FF or Safari on my Mac. Any ideas why?

Flash Library Panels Apr 18, 10, 11:30 a.m.

Ok, stupid question I am thinking but here it is.

In flash cs4 there is a button on the Library panel that is called "New Library Panel". I was playing around and decided to click on this a couple times. A few new library panels opened up.

No I can't keep the damn things closed. Every time I start flash and click on the library panel (or hit command L) all the panels open.

I've tried everything I can to stop this idiotic behaviour but I can't figure it out.

Suggestions, hints, rude comments? All are welcome if they stop me from punching my monitor.
