i put together a project this weekend in AE 6 pro, a bunch of photographs which i panned and pushed in and out of, it's running at 30 fps, but still seems jerky when i render out. are there any solutions to smoothing it out more....

man i feel good, i feel complete, i just went to the NYC DA office to get my paperwork and get back my bike after being arrested at the RNC. i biked across the williamsburg bridge, to nolita across the brooklyn bridge... woohaaa!

okay, i have a 640x480, 3 minute, uncompressed qt video.@ 29.97 fps, i have been trying to convert it to a 15 fps, flv file with cleaner 6, but i keep getting the audio and video out of sync. i've set my flash movie to match the video but i still have sync problems... anybody have any suggestions...

on friday night i was a part of 5000 strong, critcal mass bike rally through downtown ny. there were 260+ arrests. they are referred to as detainees, and being housed at Pier 57 (yes an actual pier), that will stay open until the U.S. Open. on saturday there was 10,000 mothers and childrens march, a threatened attempts at by police to raid the Time's Up Headquarters, only to be quelled when the Legal Observers showed up. there was also a 400 strong protest at the starbucks i go to by my work, 2 arrests. and on Sunday, 29, i predict, may be one of people will be talking about for a long time, and the cool thing is... the conference hasn't even started.

was just taking a walk over to B&H Photo on 9th ave when i walked by Madison Square Garden. there were literally 100s of uniformed and undercover cops in unmarked cars and taxis, postal trucks, etc... with sirens blazing, running lights, acting like crimefighters

All the GOPers are going to be in for some real surprises this weekend, all the hotels and theater venus have been mapped out for picketing during the weekend. all the arrersted "dissodents" will be held in a fenced in pen on Pier 15. the city also canceled the protest on the great lawn, which, if not allowed, could bring about direct police confrontations on sunday. critical mass will also be meeting on friday evening, and they are expecting 3000 or more... and what, with the heat, this freakin' place is like a powderkeg!
