Looking for an award site that has a list of flash sites (like designlicks and thef.wa)... the only thing i remember from this site was its main colors: black and yellow. Also they listed the sites by title with no thumbnail. Anyone know this site?

im looking for an psa that was about pirating VHS; i think the psa was from the 1990s. i've searched youtube with these keywords: psa, anti-piracy, fbi, break in, bust door, cut throat, raid, movies, pirate, VHS, and police.

from what i remember about this psa, it started with people watching tv or a movie and then the fbi or police bust down the door. i think they looked like monsters? they start shooting everyone, blood is all over the place, then they grab the kid then slit his throat... then it says something about piracy.

does anyone know what video i'm talking about or am i making this up?
