Been looking for a new flatmate the past two weeks, to move in 14th Febuary, had no success on Gumtree (only couples and weirdos so far) so far so thought I would post it here. Flat is located at the bottom end of Kingsland road so if you work around shoreditch you're talking a 5 minute walk to work, Clerkenwell 20 minutes walk 5 on the bus, Liverpool Street/Brick Lane 15 minutes walk.
