I am looking for some inspiration. I just got hired to shoot some still life stuff for gallery installation. a friends personal objects. a guy that collects everything.. sort of obsessive compulsive. I am looking for some good still life type shooters for inspiration.. anybody have any links?

nobody saw it.. ??? i thought it was great.. I went in with really low expectations... the original cartoon was completely unwatchable.. i was not expecting a great movie.. just a fun pop flick.. the look and art direction was amazing.. all the little art direction stuff in the background was great.. sort of a deathrace 2000 meets Hotwheels for kiddies..

I caught it last night.. One of the most absurd flims i have ever seen.. reminded me of modern Repo Man.. A bit of a mess but a pretty amazing film.. very stylish..

I am currently getting ready to send out some new promos and looking for some advice from the AD's and designers on here. Am I wasting my time by trying to send out printed promos to prospective clients? do you even look at these and then take the next step to say viewing their portfolio online? Or is it rude to send some sort of email promo or a link to work cold to someone? bacically tryiing to scare up more magazine work. any thoughts would be appreciated ...
