Hey all,

We're running a little bit of a photo competition as part of our sprout themed Xmas campaign this year! It basically involves cutting out some 'parp's' and taking some crafty pics of your friends/colleagues etc!

There are prizes for the most creative photos sent in, or added to the flickr group ( http://www.flickr.com/groups/you… )...top prize is a limited edition Gravy Fountain ('the perfect centrepiece to your christmas dinner table')!

Am gonna be redesigning our company's content management system and am just doing a bit of research. Anyone love or hate any of the features in the CMS they use? In terms of end-user interaction. Why do you use ExpressionEngine for example rather than drupal...things like that.

Any thoughts on approach, navigation, design also appreciated.

I work for an Email Marketing company (i know...) and today the big boss was looking to see how the company was doing on search engines. Right on the front page was a link to my portfolio site instead of his company (eek). He got really arsey and told me to take it down, something about the work on it being intellectual property of the company! Wtf? Apparently it states in my contract this is the case, so what the hell should I do? More than half my work was done at this place!
