I work for an Email Marketing company (i know...) and today the big boss was looking to see how the company was doing on search engines. Right on the front page was a link to my portfolio site instead of his company (eek). He got really arsey and told me to take it down, something about the work on it being intellectual property of the company! Wtf? Apparently it states in my contract this is the case, so what the hell should I do? More than half my work was done at this place!

Anyone any idea how to make flash as part of a background in html. I want to use html over the top of the flash, but the only way i have found that will do it doesn't validate. It uses the 'embed' tag...

Doing an email design for my brother who is having his stag do in Berlin! Planning on a funny 'montage' with his head stuck on loads of things german. I already have hitler, and a fat bloke with laderhosen and beer. Any ideas? Or links to german imagery/old posters etc?

Anyone got an example of a covering letter? Am wanting to get mine done, but I've literally never had to do one...so I wouldn't even know where to start! Am not trying to rip anyone's off, just really stuck...and i need to get one done...Even suggestions as to what I need in there?

Anyone know where i can get vectors of the following? hopefully for free:

-Extremely Flammable symbol (flame)

- Harmful Symbol (cross) - I can always do this myself but it's easier if there is a resource.

and also a 'Doesn't damage Ozone layer' symbol.

Stoopid question probably. Got an image in Photoshop that I've cut the background out of so it's transparent. How do I get that into Illustrator preserving the transparency?
