For the past 2 years, i've been having symptoms, and I been seeing 3 different doctors they say "they don't know what I have" Fuck sakes, I get a run around, and get pills that only make me feel worse. When building a flash site, which version do you build it for? What's the flash player penetration? Should I bother learning AS3 when not all viewers have the latest flash player? How do you work around that? Should I learn AS2 instead since more people have older flash players?
What resolution do you build you site for a general audience? 800x600 or 1024x768 or something else?

I find myself being bad as far as keep up to date on what's new around the web. I don't want to be in a situation where I grow into a stale dinosaur, so I was wondering where and how you guys stay up to date on what's new on the web other NT which is a great place for inspiration.
I've been so bad I don't know html, css, php, xml or actionscripting. I don't have other peer designers to bounce ideas off of. So how do you guys stay fresh and learn new things that work?

My browser has been invaded by some sort of spyware. I get these weird pop ups or windows alert messages that I have to close frequently, and my computer has slowed down. Anyone got a good free remedy?
